Design & engineeringLayout, structural calculation and general arrangement drawings prepared for your approval before any steel is cut.
QuotationA line-by-line quote: unit price, packing, loading and freight — no bundled numbers you cannot check.
ProductionProduction starts against the signed drawings, with progress photos at panel fabrication, assembly and finishing.
Quality inspectionIn-house inspection at every station; independent third-party inspection welcome at your cost before loading.
Packing & loadingFlat-pack kits loaded into 40HQ containers with documented loading photos and a packing list per unit.
Shipping & documentsBooking, bill of lading, certificate of origin and insurance arranged to your incoterm.
Installation supportAssembly manuals, remote guidance during first erection and a spare-parts list with every shipment.

Sandwich panel systemWall panels fitted across the full perimeter, specified on every configuration
Top frame2.5 mm beams and purlins joined with corner fittings
Bottom frame2.5 mm long and short beams with a formed water channel and moisture barrier
Corner post system2.5 mm posts with reinforcement for stacked loads
Trim and finishingInternal corners, skirting, butyl tape, sealants and edge covers
Hardware packageComplete fastener set: bolts, drill screws, gaskets and adhesives
Underfloor insulationInsulation wool with 75 mm glass wool blanket
Electrical fit-outDistribution board, cabling, switches, sockets, LED lighting and industrial plug
