Privacy Policy

We collect only what you send us. When you use the enquiry form, the details you enter stay on your device and travel to us as an email you send yourself. This site does not run analytics, advertising trackers or third-party cookies.

If you contact us by email or messaging app, we keep your correspondence and any project details you share for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to fulfil a contract.

We do not sell, rent or trade your contact details. We share them only with the carrier or forwarder handling your shipment, and only when the order requires it.

You may ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will action it.

This policy is written to stay true. If we add analytics or any tracking later, we will say so here first.
